In main dishes, head chef Yvette Caron’s new interpretation of the classic Ratatouille Niçoise, is made from a melange of organically farmed local and seasonable vegetables that have been selected both for their rich flavor profile and for their health benefits. 

New sides like their seasonal Brussels Sprouts, which are grilled with spices and sesame seeds, and their garlic-infused Sauteed Spinach are also recommended to you if you are looking to complement your main with a healthy accent dish.
