(Boulder, CO) Buyers intending to buy real estate in Boulder, Denver, or other Colorado towns are being asked for feedback by the Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association. The association's Annual Meeting, scheduled for June 15, 2017 in Boulder Colorado, will address consumer concerns about how buyer agents can help consumers stay safe in Colorado's strong seller's market.

The Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association will cover key issues such as:

Consumer Feedback on Home Buying Challenges in Colorado – The association invites consumers to provide feedback on their experiences with buying property in Boulder, Denver, or other cities in Colorado by filling out a one-question survey at the association's website at http://homebuyerscolorado.org/denver-or-boulder-real-estate-market-bubble-give-us-your-feedback/ The association seeks input from home buyers about how a buyer's agent could best assist them in the current strong seller's market. Some proposed ways that consumers may choose in the survey response include: 1) making sure they do not over-pay for a property 2) providing a comprehensive guide on the for-sale-by-owner process 3) giving detailed neighborhood information or 4) giving a comparative market analysis of a property the buyer may have seen on the internet to see if it is over-priced.

The Denver and Boulder Real Estate Bubble: How buyers agents can best protect their clients – Exclusive Buyer Agents in Colorado seek the input of those considering buying in Denver and Boulder, and how to best protect their financial interests when the market shows signs of being in a real estate bubble that may or may not burst in the next few years.

"The association headquarters encourages potential real estate buyers to contact the headquarters office to express their opinions on the Denver, Boulder, and Mountain-area real estate markets so association members can better understand how to best assist them."
