Recently released on Amazon, the “God is Gay” title explores New and Old Testaments, some dating back as far as 1599, to prove that God's Word does not refer to sexual preferences or homosexuality. The insertion of sexual preference and homosexuality only appears in later editions of the Bible according to the God Is Gay author, who suggests religious leaders have added these passages to segregate gays.

Coincidentally, currently research gathered by the Pew Research Center suggests that more than 60 percent of millennials feel Christianity is judgmental, and 64 percent say that 'anti-gay' best describes most of today's churches. Other generations, also share similar views, which are continually shifting towards supporting the “God Is Gay” theory.

For instance, according to a public opinion poll conducted by Pew Research in 2001, some 57 percent of Americans opposed gay marriage and 32 percent supported it. However, a new survey conducted in 2017 by Pew, shows that this opinion has now changed.

The latest Pew Research Center poll indicates that support for gay marriage has grown. Today, most Americans or 62 percent support same-sex marriage, and only 32 percent oppose it. More than 71 percent of Millennial's, according to Pew, support gay marriage as do two-thirds of Catholics.

For those who are interested in drawing their own comparisons, the “God is Gay” title when coupled with Pew Research gives further insight into a complex topic. All research presented is clear to decipher and offered without prejudice.
