Entrepreneur Kosi Stobbs Changes Stereotype Of Limitless Success

Jun 18, 2021

Property Owl Group Of Companies owner Kosi Stobbs has a goal to redefine what entrepreneurial success means to the world by changing the stereotypes given to business owners.

As a first-generation Canadian with immigrant parents from Jamaica, Kosi Stobbs is passionate about changing the stereotype of what most people see as successful entrepreneurs.

By the age of ten, Stobbs knew that his perspective of work ethic was unlike his classmates, and he owes that his humble beginning. It was clear to him that different perspectives, diverse lifestyles, and various backgrounds led to a unique way of doing and understanding things, and this realization is where his passion for business began.

Kosi Stobbs is now committed to diversifying board rooms, changing hierarchy's, shifting the norm, and, ultimately, changing the way everyone thinks about entrepreneurship and limitless success.

As a multi eight figure earner, Kosi Stobbs has seen what going against the grain can do for businesses. He's now the owner of multiple businesses through Property Owl Group Of Companies, is a real estate investing mogul, was named Canada’s Top 40 under 40 and Vancouver’s Forty under 40 in 2020, and is most recently the author of his first millionaires manifesto, F$CK BROKE: LET’S GET RICH.

Stobbs owes his dedication to his hard working parents. By never seeing his experiences as a set back, but rather as a catalyst, Stobbs was able to view everything from a different perspective. He feels strongly that people similar to him and his diverse experiences are necessary in any industry.

"The ability to enhance any company in any industry grows exponentially when the company is full of people who can see things differently and think outside the box," Stobbs explains. "That's how you reach new limits; because diversity breeds success."

Simply put, when everyone has similar backgrounds and similar experiences in life, everyone approaches problems and solutions with the same mindset. And revolutionary growth can't happen when everyone has the same mindset.

Kosi Stobbs is driven by the inclusion of all diversity in the workplace. As a Black Canadian and CEO of multiple 7 and 8 figure businesses, he’s seen how critical inclusion is to a company’s development.
