Dr. Sharon Offers Non-invasive Electromagnetic Treatment to Improve Coronary Circulation

I am now offering patients with ischemic heart disease (poor coronary circulation resulting in heart attacks) a non-invasive and risk free treatment with the Diapulse Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy device. Dr. Sharon will provide patients with congestive heart faillure whho have lower than normal cardiac output with this non-invasive and risk-free treatment. The treatment plan will consist of daily treatments that will last for 30 minutes. Patients will initially receive an echocardiogram to establish level of cardiac output and a special blood test (B-Type Natriuretic Peptide [BNP]) that confirms the presence of congestive heart failure. The cardiac output measures on the echocardiogram and BNP blood levels will be repeated after 30 treatment days to monitor outcome.

Dr. Sharon states that Heart disease being the leading cause of death in the United States and worldwide is well known. Heron and Anderson reported from the National Center for Health Statistics, more than 600,000 people die of coronary heart disease annually in the U.S.A. alone. The conventional methods of cardiac revascularization to resolve coronary artery insufficiency are placing stents in the main coronary arteries via cardiac catheterization and coronary bypass grafting with a variety of medications to enhance cardiac output or reduce afterload. Thus, the result of conventional treatment leaves the patients with congestive heart failure being managed, but not resolved and subject to progressive deterioration. Additionally coronary atherosclerosis (calcified fatty deposits in the coronary arteries) also results in multiple blockages in the smaller coronary vessels (arterioles) which is not amenable to surgical intervention.

According to a recent report from the American Heart Association, 14.8% of the U.S. population are current smokers; 35.8% have a body mass index (BMI) consistent with obesity; 63.5% lead a sedentary life style to varying degrees; 100% have suboptimal healthy diet scores (91.5% poor and 8.5 % moderate); 30.5% have elevated total cholesterol; 14.3% have elevated blood pressure; 12.1% have chronic hyperglycemia. During the diapulse treatment period, Dr. Sharon and his associates will work with the patients to reduce the risks of heart attack and keep the patient in good health.

Research studies with animal models and humans has demonstrated that the Diapulse Pulsed Electromagnetic Field (PEMF) Therapy device stimulates angiogenisis (the body's creation of new blood vessels) where ever it is applied, including the cardiac muscles. Therefore,Dr. Sharon concludes that utilization of the PEMF therapy will save lives and improve the quality of life. "Surgical bypass may soon become obsolete."
