The new classes are available in one-hour blocks. They will be held every Wednesday, and are a great way for moms to spend creative, fun time with their child.

Mommy and Me yoga combines unique preschooler-friendly yoga poses with songs, stories, and games. This helps to ensure the child has fun while creating a stimulating, enjoyable and enriching activity.
