The institute’s unique facilitator program is held online with live sessions taught via Zoom. The course runs for six months and contains over 350 hours of structured learning. Throughout this intensive program, you will be taught NeuroDynamic Institute’s NeuroDynamic Breathwork™ modality, which is a unique form of non-directive breathwork that empowers participants to guide their own journey of self-discovery and healing.
The organization’s popular course can be broken into three main foci:
1. NeuroDynamic Breathwork™:
You will become an experienced practitioner and, in time, a trained and equipped facilitator of this influential non-directive modality, which has seen its founder Michael Stone receive international recognition, and which has been called by Stone, “a gateway to conscious embodiment, emotional health and personal empowerment using only the breath and dynamic music.”
2. Personal Development:
Almost one-third of NeuroDynamic Institute’s course is devoted to their transformational personal development program, which is designed to help you become a much more self-aware, attuned and aligned individual and, therefore, a better breathwork facilitator
3. Professional Skillset:
The goal of the organization’s course is also to help you understand how to become a professional breathwork facilitator. During their six-month program, you will learn essential skills regarding the establishment of a breathwork business. This includes learning how to develop a client base, preparing for workshops, business and legal paperwork, and effective space setup.
