(Denver, CO) A Denver Colorado radio talk show provided a strong endorsement of Skyfor Inc.'s buyer and seller agent finder service on its December 23, 2017 broadcast. The first 25 minutes of this broadcast is available in podcast format at http://buyeragentsearch.com/skyfors-free-search-agents-service-endorsed-denver-radio-show/ along with Denver Real Estate market analysis and a summary of real estate insider secrets that were shared that day.

Some of the points made were that while inventory of homes for sale in Denver is at all time lows, now is not a bad time for consumers to consider buying real estate in the Denver or other US metropolitan cities. Sellers who have their homes on the market in the winter are ready to sell and may be more motivated. New home construction companies are eager to sell their inventory before year end.

The market analysis shows that new home builder activity is the highest it has been in 10 years. About 75,000 people came to live in Denver in 2017 because of the good job market, relatively good weather, and access to recreation in the mountains.

The hosts express their conclusion that interest rates are not expected to go up much in 2018. The show makes a point that consumers may wish to keep in mind that increases in the federal interest rates do not directly correlate with mortgage rates.

Non-licensed co-show host Larry Stanley has personal experience with buying and selling 11 homes. He provides a consumer's view on the real estate buying and selling experience. The show presents Larry's view on the topic of the new tax law with the caveat that his thoughts are opinion based on limited knowledge, and that consumers should consult a legal or tax professional for specific implications for their personal situation. He notes that the standard deduction for married people has doubled to $24,000. This impacts the way in whcih many Americans will submit their tax returns. With the higher standard deduction, traditional mortgage interest payments as well as charitable contributions may no longer need to be itemized.

17 minutes into the broadcast, Barry discusses the need for a top agent and discusses the services provided Kathleen Chiras of Skyfor, Inc. Consumers have immediate access to the agents Skyfor determines may be god choices for consumers at https://buyeragentsearch.com/find-a-buyers-agent/

Consumer Guy Larry Stanley says, "Kathleen is a matchmaker. She finds real estate agents for you in any part of the country"... "When you call her she gets a feel for what you need and your requirements and recommends 2 or 3 agents so you can find the one that is the best fit for you...These are top agents"

Host Barry Miller notes that Skyfor removes agents who are not consistently highly rated, and that her services are free to the consumer. Skyfor's recommendation is to interview at least 2 agents. Skyfor also manages the Colorado Exclusive Buyer Agents Association and suggestions for Colorado buyer agents may be found at the association's website, http://homebuyerscolorado.org.

Barry notes that Skyfor has been helping consumers find top quality buyer and seller agents for over 20 years. He states, "She has built up a national reputation for helping consumers find the best buyer and seller agents. She is the best. There is no one better in the country."

Larry notes that Miller Stanley Real Estate, a company that the hosts have ownership interest in, is an option to be considered in Colorado, especially for front range cities including Denver and Colorado Springs.
