Mar 26, 2021

Did stay-at-home orders make you put on weight because of the lack of activity? This online coaching program can help you get back on track, so you can fight off obesity and other potential illnesses.

Have you gained a lot of weight because of your inability to visit the local gym? Don't let stay-at-home measures make you susceptible to sickness.

Next World Fitness, a Jackson-based health and fitness training provider, has launched an online weight-loss program designed for individuals who want to improve their immune systems to prevent illnesses.

Go to https://pocketsuite.io/link/next-world-fitness for more details.

The company aims to help you get back on track, especially if you have been physically inactive during the pandemic, through a remote program that you can do at home. In its initial stage, the company is accepting five participants who are dedicated to completing the program.

If you are interested, you will be asked to give certain details, such as your age, fitness objective, and fitness level. Training applications can be sent at https://book.pocketsuite.io/form/d39V.

You also have the option to book a 10- to 15-minute free consultation with the head trainer to determine if you are qualified to join the workout.

If you are not yet ready for the program, a goal-planning session is also available for a fee. Here, the trainer will provide you with a "game plan", which includes expert advice and insights, that you can implement in your own training.

The company has also designed a diet plan checklist, which can be downloaded for free on its website. The checklist tells you what food to eat and avoid to gain better results while exercising.

Besides people who want to strengthen their immune systems, the program is also aimed at those who want to lose weight, gain more confidence, have more strength and energy, wear better fitting clothes, and lead a generally healthier lifestyle.

A recent study by a non-profit found a link between obesity and the seriousness of coronavirus complications. According to the World Obesity Foundation, being overweight is a "highly significant predictor" of developing complications, hospitalization, and even death due to the virus.

The same study reported that out of the 2.5 million reported deaths due to the virus, 2.2 million were from countries with a high number of overweight citizens.

The World Health Organization stressed the importance of physical activity for people of all ages amid the pandemic health crisis, stating that it can help manage conditions that can increase susceptibility to the virus.

You can hit your fitness goals at home. Sign up for Next World Fitness's program and come out of quarantine stronger than ever!
