The recent fundraising gala, in particular, was held in the Seville Ballroom – one of several elegant function rooms available for hire at Meridian.

The Seville Ballroom

The Seville is capable of hosting up to 300 guests in a banquet-style seating arrangement with 8,200 square feet of floor space, ensuring plenty of room for mingling and dining comfortably. The ballroom features nine, 36-bulb chandeliers to provide a timeless and sophisticated look, and additional dimmable LED lighting allows you to control the ambiance at different stages of your event.

Choose Your Color Theme

Montagnard Dega Association took advantage of Meridian's custom décor services with subtle floral decorations and uplighting installed in the ballroom's stage area. A white and gold color theme was employed throughout with all linens and furniture – including gold Chiavari chairs and both long and round tables- provided by the venue. Say Cheese!

Guests enjoyed a photo booth feature at the end of the main entrance hallway with a large backdrop provided by the Meridian team. A special entrance ramp was created for this gala, setting the tone for a unique and special evening. The venue also sourced and set up all audio and visual equipment for the event including microphones, speakers, and a projector. Whatever you need, Meridian can help!

Setup & Clear Up

You can also opt to have the Meridian staff set up and tear down after an event, allowing you to focus on your guests and enjoy the function itself. Comfort is assured with the Seville Ballroom's two private restrooms and two dressing rooms.
