Best After-Hours Training For WFH Careers: Edmonton Aesthetics & Med Spa School

Oct 11, 2023

Are you trying to get out of a dead-end job, but there’s no time to train for a career because you need to work to pay the bills? The Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy (1-844-337-6975) can help you get the training you need on your schedule.

Do you feel like you never have enough time to make the move from a dead-end job, into an exciting new career?

We often talk about killing time or making time - but the fact is, we can't really do either.

Time just... is - and we need to fit whatever training, work, and family time we can, where we can.

That's why these new classes I found are super exciting because they finally offer a way to train for an awesome new career, without "making time," - which usually means quitting your job or spending ridiculous amounts of money on babysitters.

Obviously, it still takes time to finish the training, but you can pick the time, whenever it's convenient for you - even if that's on your lunch breaks, at 4 AM, or while you're on the bus ride home from work.

If you have a bit of spare time to devote to classes every day, you could be done with the online classes in less than 2 months, and then you only need one week of hands-on training at the nearest Dermysk Medical Aesthetics Academy.

Which reminds me - the career we're talking about? A career in medical aesthetics, which you can practice at a med spa or from home.

You can learn more about what that's like, how the training works, and what techniques you'll learn at https://academy.dermysk.com/

The short and sweet version of "what you need to know" is really simple.

With the Dermysk Academy, you'll get all the training and certifications you need to become a top-notch aesthetician, in as little as 8 weeks, without having to quit your day job.

Well, okay, you may need to quit to get the week off you'll need for your hands-on training... but if you have to quit at that point, it's not really a problem, because one week later you'll be fully certified, trained, and ready to start in a med spa anyway.

The hands-on training is the best part of the class, too. You're not just working on "synthetic" clients, although there is some of that - it's much more hands-on. You'll work with Dermysk Academy training specialists to learn all kinds of techniques, and you'll practice with real med spa tools, on real people.

I'm not going to list all the procedures you'll learn here, because there are a dozen or so, just in the Basic training alone. That class is more than enough to get you started, with IPL hair and tattoo removal, acne treatments, fractional ablation, and more.

In fact, the Dermysk Academy teaches just about every technique you can imagine - even the ones that only doctors and nurses are allowed to perform. You probably won't be learning those ones, unless you're a doctor, but it's good to know they're advanced enough to do it all.

If you want to learn some advanced techniques, you have two options.

The "standard" option is to take the Basic training, then go back at any time to take the Advanced course, which picks up where the first class left off. It teaches you more about the med spa industry, business strategies, and complex techniques like Body Sculpting and stem cell treatments.

To enroll in that class, you only have to graduate from the Basic training first or have at least 5 years of experience working in a med spa. There's also another option though, if you want to rocket to the top.

The thing is, there aren't many "Master Medical Aestheticians" out there - in part, I have to admit, due to the way the courses are set up. The only way to get your Master of Medical Aesthetics certificate is with the Master-level training program.

Now here's the problem - that training program covers everything from the Basic and Advanced classes, plus exclusive Master-level training, so it would be a bit silly to take it after you've done the Basic and Advanced programs. That means if you want to get your Masters, you pretty much have to decide that in advance and take this course first.

That's an option - the Master-level program has no prerequisites but is only available to certain highly dedicated students since it's a pretty intense course.

If you're not sure which course is right for you, there is an easy solution - just call up the Dermysk Academy and talk to them. They're also aestheticians, who trained with the Dermysk Academy - so they can help you to sort it all out and find the right class to get you started.

Just don't forget to tell them I sent you, whichever class you decide to take.
