Mortgage Patriots opens the second office in Windsor, Colorado.
Mortgage Patriots, an independent mortgage brokerage based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, has expanded its operations to include a new location in Windsor, Colorado. Located on Automation Drive, the new office, owned and operated by licensed mortgage broker Rupert Parchment, offers multiple types of mortgage products.
Currently, Mortgage Patriots offers Purchase, Refinance, Reverse, Investment, JUMBO, Conventional, FHA, USDA, DACA, and other types of mortgage options. Several exciting changes have been happening in the mortgage industry this year and Mortgage Patriots is actively working with clients who are eligible for these unique and advantageous loan options. Due to student loan debt in forbearance across the country, the estimated payments on FHA loans have lowered from 1% to .5%. JUMBO mortgages are now offered up to $3M; cash out loans are available as well. VA loans are currently offered at some of the lowest rates in history to purchase or refinance: 1.99%-2.25% is available. And for investors, Bank Statement Loans are back, expanding the list of options for those looking to add property to their investment portfolio.
Mortgage Patriots founder and owner Rupert Parchment hails from a Jamaican immigrant family. Proud to call America his home, Parchment is passionate about The Land of the Brave. His brother has served the US in the Air Force and Parchment has had a lifelong belief in The American Dream. Parchment is a graduate of Tufts University and has been a licensed mortgage broker in Colorado for several years, specifically working in the Denver Metro and Northern Colorado. The Windsor, Colorado office opening allows Mortgage Patriots to continue to best serve its clients and reach further into the Northern region of the state.
