The French bistro’s new menu brings you a selection of cruelty-free meals that have been inspired by the rich and diverse flavors of wild food—and by the produce that grows regionally in New York and in the north-east of the United States—and that blend this with some of the classic flavors of French cooking.
New dishes that showcase both locally sourced wild food and organically farmed local farm-to-table produce include the restaurant’s Cassoulet Toulousain. You are sure to love this hearty white bean slow-cooked casserole with local onions, carrots and tomatoes, and complemented by an in-house artisan-made plant-based ‘duck’ patty and Toulouse ‘sausage’.
Another popular dish you’ll have to try is their new appetizer, Escargots Beurre Maitre D’hotel, which brings you wild oyster mushrooms cooked in vegan parsley garlic butter.
