The architectural & interior design consultancy, specializing in premium hospitality and F&B projects, has built a striking portfolio of over 500 design projects throughout Asia for restaurant groups, hotels and owner-operator establishments. Hernan Zanghellini comments that it was his earlier works, particularly with designing three iconic interior design projects, that set him off on a very successful trajectory. These three design projects are fine examples of how the company aim to work in close collaboration with the property owner and strive to deliver a completely bespoke result that is perfectly tailored to suit the needs of not only the client but also the client’s customers, who are the most important element of any successful interior design project.
These projects are The Peak Lookout, which can be found at 121 Peak Road, The Peak, Hong Kong. Completed in 2001 for Epicurean Management Limited. This Western cuisine style restaurant caters for 120 indoor and 200 outdoor customers.
The Repulse Bay: The Verandah, Spices & Marquee, which is situated at 109 Repulse Bay, Hong Kong. Completed in 2009 for The Hongkong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited. This restaurant offers a mix of international, South East Asian and Western cuisine and the Verandah seats 158, Spices seats 64 indoor, 128 outdoor, and the Marquee seats 264 customers.
And finally, the main bar and lounge project for the Foreign Correspondents’ Club, which can be found at G/F., Ice House Building, 2 Lower Albert Road, Central, Hong Kong. The bar and lounge redesign was completed in 2002 for The Foreign Correspondents’ Club, offering an international cuisine seating 96 customers.
Some of the more recent award winning and high reputation designs include Jasmine in Tung Chung, Peking Garden in Pacific Place (coming soon), Buenos Aires Polo Club, all located in Hong Kong as well as Aburi and Rock Salt in Shenzhen and Jade Garden in Chengdu.
