SOLE Fitness’ new CEO, Brad White, has taken the brand in a new direction with the development of their new SRVO machines, which are an adaptative home fitness machine that offers weight-simulated workouts.

Under Mr. White’s new guidance, SOLE Fitness has been committed to both research and development, and to wider research into the fitness and health trends that influence the way Americans live. As such, they have identified that an overwhelming majority of Americans are not meeting the Physical Activity Guidelines for both aerobic and muscle-strengthening activity, with most Americans not incorporating sufficient weight training into their routine.

However, they also observed that nearly half of Americans have ‘gym-xiety’—a fear of injuring themselves at the gym, which stops them from starting weight training.

Therefore, SOLE Fitness has invested their efforts in creating a safer, more ergonomic and more supported way to give their shoppers the benefits of weight training through the new motorized resistance system they have designed for their SRVO trainers.

As CEO Brad White explained, “Our SRVO’s are now fitted with a state-of-the-art revolution motorized resistance system, a duo of commercial-grade servomotors and a smart calculation system, to deliver a consistent and accurate weight simulation for a safe, supportive and beneficial workout.”

Their motorized weight system has been developed to ensure that users can gain the complete physical benefits of a traditional weight-lifting workout without needing a full commercial gym’s worth of equipment. It has also been developed to provide innately tailored workouts that target the natural upper limit of a user’s physical power for safe but highly effective strength training.

Commenting on their intelligent hardware design, Mr. White added, “With our new resistance system, SRVO users can also choose from three dynamic training modes to cater to their specific needs. These are Standard Mode, for consistent resistance, Eccentric Mode, to maximize muscle growth and stimulation by increasing the training weight, and Isokinetic Mode, which achieves full muscle activation as the pulling speed remains constant while the resistance changes.”
