Scuba Schedules announces the release of ScubaSchedules.com – it’s new online scuba diving trip planning and booking system for dive shops, dive clubs and diving charters operating in Florida. In development since 2017, Scuba Schedules now provides scuba divers interested in diving at any one of Florida’s many reefs and wrecks the necessary information to easily book a diving trip anywhere in Florida or the Keys. The new scuba site provides an online listing of scheduled dive trips available from local dive shops, diving clubs and charter operations in Florida, all on one website. Divers can not only decide where to dive and when to dive, but they can easily make a reservation request or confirmed booking online without ever leaving the website.
Marc Burke, Owner / Founder at ScubaSchedules.com, says: “We wanted to make booking dive trips a lot easier for scuba divers. Anyone familiar with trying to choose and book a scuba diving trip knows that selecting the right dive charter involves considering a number of issues. Divers new to Florida typically have to conduct an exhaustive online search to find dive trips that match their dates, their technical ability and their interests. Then they have to call the dive operator to book their trip – only to find out that the departure time doesn’t work, or that the trip is already fully booked. This is frustrating for divers that are ready to go diving but find themselves all entangled in a protracted process of locating the best dive trips that are available on the date the diver is available to dive.”
While many local divers may already have a loyalty to a specific charter, for out of state divers and those on overseas dive vacations, Scuba Schedules will come as a welcome relief. The site aims to make booking diving trips in Florida and the Florida keys fast and easy for divers that are ready to take the plunge. For local divers without specific loyalties, Scuba Schedules also hopes to make the “last minute get-away dive” a little easier. For divers who live in Florida that are on their computers late at night, spotting an empty seat and booking for a dive for the next morning couldn’t be easier.
Burke explained “We want to give divers the ability to easily get out and go diving in Florida even in a last minute decision scenario, such as unexpected days off. With Scuba Schedules, divers in Florida and the Keys have a tool to accomplish this. With Scuba Schedules, the information is now available to easily select and book the best available dive trip that meets their needs, interests and availability anywhere in Florida and the Florida Keys.”
ScubaSchedules.com has been in business for nearly 2 years, since their initial launch in spring 2017. Since Day 1 it has always been their focus to make planning and booking dive trips as easy as possible for scuba divers, even at the last minute.
The booking component of Scuba Schedules is was launched March 2018, and is most in evidence on the Key West and Key Largo calendars where dive volume is highest.
