If you’re living elsewhere in the European Union but you’ve been thinking about relocating to the thriving new economic and cultural hub that is Poland, the market research team TTEC has authored a new industry snapshot, which is designed to help you decide whether now is the time to make a move.
As TTEC’s new report described, Poland is currently in a moment of significant economic growth and cultural transformation, with its dual cities Warsaw and Krakow becoming increasingly popular among international businesses, private investors, expats, digital nomads and tourists.
As the country becomes more multicultural and diverse, as TTEC explained, many companies,—including multinational business process outsourcing (BPO) firms like theirs—are actively seeking a foreign workforce.
This means that if you’re from elsewhere in the EU, especially if you’re an English speaker or are bilingual, you are really in demand.
As TTEC’s new career guide showcased, Poland is especially witnessing a boom in foreign software developers, financial analysts, HR managers, marketing specialists and project managers.
As one of the world’s biggest and most well-known BPOs, their offices in Warsaw and Krakow are also growing and in need of specialist teams like this.
This means they are actively recruiting for a number of similar roles, including for Data Analysts and Quality Analysts, as well as for Junior Data Analysts, and for Trainers and Human Capital Generalists.
They are also actively seeking a wealth of multilingual Business Development Representatives, Digital Sales Representatives, and other sales and marketing specialists.
Plus, they are always looking for entry-level team members, which means you are welcome to apply even if you are only just getting started in your career.
“Looking for a place where you can grow, feel supported, and have a little fun while working?” asked a spokesperson for the international BPO. “That’s what TTEC Poland is all about. From seasoned pros to those who are just getting started, TTEC offers great opportunities for foreigners like you to thrive in a new environment.”
As an employer, TTEC prides themselves on their employee value propositions (EVPs) which they believe in wholeheartedly and enact at every level of their organization. These values—which include personal growth, personal and team well-being, and ‘your voice’—are put into place on a daily basis to ensure that you will feel seen, supported and enriched by your TTEC family each and every day.
One happy current employee added, “What makes me smile working at TTEC is that I can unleash my creativity, unfold my full potential and do what I love - bring a smile to the face of my colleagues.”
