Look Out OnlyFans, This Alternative Vows to Never Ban Sexually Explicit Content

Aug 21, 2021

Since April 2021, IntrigueMe has been gaining traction as the hottest replacement for OnlyFans because of their 0% commission incentives and newer user-friendly platform. Now that OnlyFans made news for banning sexual content sex workers use for their income, IntrigueMe has been getting blown up with creators and users jumping into the beta. IntrigueMe will be out of beta and open for public use starting September of 2021.

As we all know, the content subscription service OnlyFans announced yesterday that a ban is forthcoming which will remove all sexually explicit content from their platform. A New subscription-based social media site made by content creators themselves called IntrigueMe (IM), launched in April of 2021 with more lucrative commissions for creators and a modern more user-friendly experience. IntrigueMe’s Co-Founders Mary Appleby (@maryapplebyy) and Masha Diduk (@Mashadiduk), who have a billionaire investor on their side, officially stated in an interview yesterday, “IntrigueMe will always allow sexually explicit content for our creators, we will never strip that away from our community. We’re very passionate about the freedoms our content creators have. Social platforms are always changing their policies that impact their users for their own convenience, not anymore, not with IntrigueMe.”

Doing our due diligence, we ran into a slogan that was on the IntrigueMe website long before the OnlyFans decision to remove porn came about; and it’s quite reassuring on its promises, “Feel what it’s like to be truly free on social media”.

IntrigueMe is giving a lifetime discount on commissions to creators that join during beta. As of today, the first 500 creators that enter beta that have over 50k Instagram followers will be gifted 6 months free from paying any commissions. Quite a generous offer considering before this “OnlyFans sex ban” the most popular reason creators have switched to IM was due to their industry-leading 12% commission fee.

For content creators, the difference from OnlyFans’ 20% commission to IntrigueMe’s 12% commission structure could mean thousands of dollars per week added to their income. There is also no cap on the amount of tips an IM creator can receive. This has already positioned IntrigueMe as the best OnlyFans alternative according to surveyed creators of sexually explicit content.

OnlyFans sex worker model Chelsea Lynn stated yesterday, "Sex work built OnlyFans and now it feels like they're turning their backs on us." as quoted from Insider.

The IntrigueMe platform has been in beta for months, allowing people to sign up for the beta to be an IM creator or user. The new subscription site is rumored to be out of beta mode by September of 2021.

For the OnlyFans creators devastated by the recent change in their content policy, IntrigueMe can be the permanent alternative they’re looking for. The IntrigueMe YouTube channel has videos that explain the benefits of using their platform in a visual way for those who'd rather opt for that.
