KFI AM 640’s 15th annual Pastathon—hosted by Los Angeles’ #1 talk radio station—raised nearly $1.3 million and collected 93,406 pounds of pasta and sauce for Caterina’s Club. Founded 20 years ago by Sir Bruno Serato, the nonprofit provides 25,000 meals each week to those in need. Key contributors to this year’s success include event partners Smart & Final, Wendy's, Yaamava Resort & Casino, Wild Fork Foods, and Giving Machines of Southern California.

The success of this year’s milestone Pastathon may reflect the growing demand for food assistance programs like Caterina’s Club, as many families face reductions in SNAP benefits.
“We are eternally grateful to KFI for their unwavering support in helping Caterina’s Club fulfill its mission of keeping children healthy and well-fed. No child should ever go to bed hungry,” said Serato. “KFI listeners are among our most loyal supporters—generous, caring, and always willing to help in difficult times.”
Michelle Kube, who leads KFI AM 640’s annual Pastathon, added: “We thank every listener who helped us reach this incredible milestone. This event would not be possible without their dedication to this remarkable charity led by Chef Bruno Serato. And, of course, we couldn’t do it without our amazing partners. As we approach Christmas, we encourage the public to continue supporting this important mission. Visit KFIAM640.com/pastathon to learn more.”
