The market research team at TTEC in India is pleased to be bringing active job seekers like yourself a comprehensive new guide to average salaries, industry outliers and other key market features for 2025.
As their new guide explained, in a moment of global economic instability, India is proving itself to be both a regional and a global leader, with the nation leading in fields as diverse as IT, finance, AI and marketing.
As such, as TTEC’s guide revealed, there is a significant upward pressure on wages, especially for professions like IT directors, management consultants, product managers, data scientists, accountants, marketing managers and UX designers—all of which are named in their top paying jobs for this year.
Because one of the BPO’s biggest Employee Value Propositions or EVPs is working with a shared purpose, TTEC believes in radical transparency, especially regarding salaries, industry trends, and the direction of their organization. That’s why their market research team is pleased to be sharing the average salaries these professions are now attracting; so that you can ask for a figure with confidence... knowing you are both metaphorically and literally ‘on the money’!
However, as TTEC’s guide cautioned, because so many employees are chasing these quickly rising salaries, competition is increasing for new positions in these sectors.
That’s why the BPO, or business processing outsourcing organization, recommends that if you have a background in one of these fields—including at a lower entry-level—you look for large, international organizations like theirs.
The reason is: they can offer you significant opportunities for internal progression, are highly stable, and they already offer wages above the standard market rate.
As their new guide reinforced, as one of the largest BPOs in the country, with offices in Mumbai, Chennai, Ahmedabad, and more, they have a raft of positions available for you to choose from in IT, finance, marketing, customer service and customer experience (CX), and user experience (UX)... and if you are coming from a different background, they encourage you to apply anyway as culture fit and attitude are really important to them.
Their spokesperson said, “At TTEC India, we have a wide range of vacancies across various fields, including customer service, technology, and management. Regardless if you’re looking to start your career or take it to the next level, TTEC India provides the platform to achieve your goals.”
As one happy current employee of TTEC India, a Manager of Sales and Service Delivery, affirmed, “I feel very empowered. TTEC promotes transparency and teamwork and appreciates new ideas. This enables me to work with more passion.”
