Hope Shines is a supplemental education and health platform for the most vulnerable and at risk youth in Rwanda, Africa. It operates life-essential programs from its learning center in the capital, Kigali, Rwanda. Through its intervention programs, children are able to attend school without disruption and thrive in week-long summer leadership camps.

These learning opportunities are focused on life enhancing and academic focused activities. They help to enhance the children’s ability to learn core subjects in new cognitive ways in a year-round after school program. These programs are specifically designed to enhance and improve the lives of children by equipping them and empowering them with skills that give them a much greater chance at academic success and healthy living.

Hope Shines works with orphans and vulnerable children beneficiaries living in the urban sectors of Nyarugenge District who qualify for intervention programs. It works hard to offer continuous opportunities for empowerment, encouragement, and education through meaningful activities.
