Denver-based Kirby Velarde has chosen Littleton, Colorado, as the site of his new recording studio, bringing modern music equipment, digital tools, and exceptional talent to the metro area’s thriving music scene.
Kirby Velarde has announced the opening of KV’s Studio, a music recording studio in Littleton, Colorado, just south of Denver. The renowned guitarist and musician said the studio has been purposely equipped with state-of-the-art gear and software to meet the needs of even the most demanding artists in Denver's active and diverse music community.
KV’s Studio was set up as a premier audio recording facility providing recording, mixing, and mastering services. Musicians can expect to find all recording essentials, such as universal audio interfaces, condenser microphones, Fractal and Bludotone amps, effects processors, and pro-grade software such as LUNA, in addition to instruments like guitars, keyboards, and electronic drums.
Besides music recordings, the studio is also conducive to high-quality voice work for projects such as corporate AVPs, podcasts, and commercials.

KV’s Studio is the latest project of Mr. Velarde, recognized for his distinguished career as a lead guitarist and his extensive work across genres like blues, jazz, classic rock, and gospel. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with well-known artists, including gospel legend Kurt Carr, and has performed on stages worldwide, opening for acts like Molly Hatchet and 38 Special.
In addition to his expertise as a guitarist, Mr. Velarde has also built a reputation in various aspects of music production, such as mixing and mastering. "As someone with my experience, I've had the opportunity and pleasure of working with some of the best in the industry, so I can offer technical guidance, creative input, and additional instrumental parts—anything you need to achieve your musical vision," he added.
KV's Studio is located at 4507 West Ponds Circle, Littleton, Colorado, and is open daily and on Saturdays from 10 am to 9 pm.
