With construction due to commence in April, 2025, Heartside Hill has plans for six apartment buildings, nine homes, and two properties designed specifically for adults who have intellectual disabilities. Fort Collins Deals states that this development aims to be a mixed-income, intergenerational community, catering to a range of requirements.
Similarly, the Impala Redevelopment Project plans to refurbish 12 existing duplexes and build four new apartment buildings, giving us access to a total of 86 affordable rental properties. In addition to affordability, the project aims to incorporate accessibility, energy efficiency, connectivity, and spaces for you to interact with other members of the community.
Tapestry Condominiums is another initiative focused on affordable housing, this time tailored to middle-income families. Construction is expected to begin this year and, when completed, will offer 140 condos north of Odell Brewing Company.
