CEO of Property Owl Group of Companies Kosi Stobbs was recognized in Caldwell’s Canada Top 40 under 40 list and is an inspiring entrepreneur embodying all of the criteria required for this award.

Kosi Stobbs, entrepreneur and CEO of Property Owl Group of Companies, is among the 2020 group honorees, and he embodies the criteria worthy of this award.
Kosi’s vision at a young age paved his way for leadership and entrepreneurial success as an adult. Starting at the age of 10, Kosi went door to door collecting soda pop cans with friends to convert the cans into earnings. He served fast food through his teenage years to put himself through university where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He then made his first investment purchase at the young age of 22. Kosi absolutely knows the value of hard work.
His vast experience as a young entrepreneur lead Kosi to found Property Owl Group of Companies with the focus of acquiring manufacturing and operations companies that needed a clear path to achieving long-term growth. His innovative thinking has not only allowed for further and future success of the companies he’s acquired – but has also allowed for Kosi’s own strategic investments and financial success.
Coming from humble beginnings as a first generation Canadian with Jamaican parents, Kosi also understands the importance of his impact not only in the business world, but within his community as well. He is committed to the well-being of his many employees – even partnering with Tru Colors Brewing Company to ensure jobs for gang members to offer at atmosphere of peace, safety, and unity.
Kosi’s desire to make an impact has most recently led him to release a book, F$CK BROKE: Let’s Get Rich. The book serves as a guide to building and attaining wealth and gives any entrepreneur the opportunity to learn from Kosi’s experience and apply those same principals to their own financial journey.
