A Classy Christmas

The Seville Ballroom -one of the venue's most popular spaces - recently played host to a corporate Christmas party for the Alexander Youth Network – an event that showcased the range of services and decorative touches that the Meridian team provides for both commercial and private groups. This ballroom offers you 8,200 square feet of floor space which comfortably houses 250 to 300 guests in a banquet-style seating arrangement. The Alexander Youth Network's Christmas event utilized this configuration with elegant round tables, dressed in black linen with a gold runner. Meridian's event planners provided special Christmas-themed decorations for this occasion including a fully illuminated tree within the ballroom and custom-made seasonal centerpieces.

Cocktails & Bar Area

The 250 guests in attendance enjoyed the cocktail tables that were placed in the center of the room, providing a fun focal point for socializing while a stone-faced LED bar top offered a stylish location to serve drinks to the guests. What would you like for your event?

Take A Bow

The Seville's permanent staging area - measuring 16 x 32 feet – was dressed with a backdrop - mounted centrally on the stage - with added up-lighting in seasonal colors. All furniture used for the event was provided by Meridian including gold Chivari chairs, round tables, long tables, and cocktail tables.

Open Vendor Policy

Other features of this ballroom include two dressing rooms and a dedicated prep kitchen for your catering team. Meridian can furnish you with a list of recommended vendors but is equally happy to accommodate your wishes if there's a provider that you want to use. There is a microwave and a fridge-freezer as well as a separate load-in entrance so as not to unduly disturb your guests during the event.

Luxurious Lighting

The ceiling is adorned with decorative chandeliers – nine in total – with additional LED ceiling lights which can be dimmed to create the ideal ambiance. Special acoustic tiles help keep noise levels at a pleasant level while vinyl flooring with a wood-like appearance provides a sturdy yet stylish surface for mingling and dancing.
