The course is taught by a CalBRE approved instructor, Charles Phan. He is the owner and president of California International College of Technology, and worked as a systems software engineer for over 30 years.
He has a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in education, and also holds majors in computer science, business and accounting. Charles is a certified instructor for both computer technology and real estate education, and has many years’ experience in courses and classes in the field.
A number of different options are available through ADK University. Students can take a Real Estate Principles Class two nights per week for eight weeks, with a number of packages to choose from.
