CEO of Property Owl Group of Companies Kosi Stobbs, was recently honored in Vancouver’s Top 40 under 40 recognizing entrepreneurs who have achieved success in business.
Business In Vancouver has released its annual list of Top 40 under 40 business owners, entrepreneurs, and executives who have demonstrated their ability to achieve success in business, judgement, leadership, and community contribution before reaching the age of 40. Kosi Stobbs, business owner and CEO of Property Owl Group of Companies, is among the 2020 honorees. Kosi exemplifies each of the criteria worthy of this award.
Kosi’s knack for sales and business developed at a young age and his vision and hard work has led to his continued success as an adult. At just 10 years old, he began going door to door collecting soda pop cans with friends to covert those cans into earnings. He later went on to serve fast food through his teenage years to raise money or his college tuition where he ultimately earned a degree in mechanical engineering. He impressively made his first investment purchase at the age of 22.
His experience as a young entrepreneur lead Kosi to become a prosperous business owner. He founded Property Owl Group of Companies which acquires manufacturing and operations companies that may need help ensuring long term growth. His fantastic judgement and leadership skills have led to the continued success and prosperity of these companies as well as their employees.
Kosi’s reach doesn’t stop at business ownership and real estate. Having come from humble beginnings with parents who immigrated to Canada from Jamaica, Kosi understands the value of hard work and the importance of building community and unity. He is extremely committed to maintaining employee culture and morale in the companies he acquires – and he even offers jobs to at-risk youth caught up in gang activity in order to offer an atmosphere of safety and peace.
Most recently on his extensive list of accomplishments, Kosi released his first book F$CK BROKE: Let’s Get Rich. The book acts as a guide to building and attaining wealth.
