The new partnership is built on the shared vision of reducing the barriers to entry and growth of black professionals in the U.S. industry through quality professional development opportunities. Anthony believes that it’s only by meeting employees where they are can businesses do better.

Anthony talks about this further in a special podcast with Tamiko Drummond and her Cup of Resilience series. He will expound on this, and what he hopes to accomplish with NAAAHR, at the association's National Conference. The event, themed “The Future of HR & DEI: People, Power, and Process”, will provide a venue for black human resources professionals to talk about their experiences and what can be done for opening more opportunities to their fellow professionals.
