The program applies techniques and training methods built on the foundations of natural horsemanship pioneered by Tom and Bill Dorrance and honed by Ray Hunt, and Buck Brannaman.

The San Diego horse training facility is located at Carmel Creek Ranch, featuring an oversize jumping arena and two riding arenas that are open 7 days a week. The ranch has standard 12-foot x 12-foot stalls equipped with runs, two round pens, wash racks, and a tack shed. The Carmel Mountain Preserve The facility also features safe riding trails near the Carmel Mountain Preserve.

The Be One Training program prepares riders and horses for competitive horseback riding events and competitions in the Hunter Jumper category. The program commences with an initial assessment followed by a full or partial weekly training that includes turnouts, groundwork, grooming, bathing, and lessons.
