I am celebrating 17 years of exceptional sales in the Central Park neighborhood of Denver. My recognition is, in part, a result of Neir Team's work within the Central Park, Denver, neighborhood as community experts, specifically the team's work in achieving a total sales volume of over $42 million in real estate sales.

I am a native of Denver, CO, and have been involved and selling within the Central Park, Denver, neighborhood community for well over a decade, getting my start when my family and I moved to the Central Park Neighborhood in 2004. I absolutely fell in love with the community and have been an advocate ever since. In response to a question on the driving force behind my success, I explained that it really boiled down to focusing on the client's needs with an innate desire to help.

Reflecting on this recognition I feel that a real estate transaction isn't about the sale. It's about the value the client feels with regard to the transaction that is important.

In a recent one-to-one interview, I reminisced on other past achievements, which helped build momentum towards the present day. Notably, one of the proudest moments for me was organizing a community-wide fundraiser in 2019 that raised $10,000, which directly benefited five Central Park neighborhood schools.

In the same interview, I stated my intentions for the future. The primary goal for the next 12 months, is to help as many neighbors fulfill their real estate dreams as possible. Looking farther ahead, the aim is essentially becoming the community foremost authority on residential real estate sales.

When asked more personally about how I want to be perceived and remembered, I said I want to be remembered as honest, educated, hard-working, and fair."

My recommendation for anybody who wanted to follow in my footsteps in some fashion, perhaps taking the blessings even further. The key is all about paying attention to the needs of the client and making sure they get exactly what they ask for.
