Our company wants to help protect clients from of the health effects of Radon. By getting a Radon Test done on your home, it gives you, the homeowner the education and knowledge of Radon and how to maintain safety around your home.

January is National Radon Action Month and the safety of your family is why you should want to know the levels in your home. Radon is the second leading cause of lung cancer in America, is odorless and sightless and the only way to know the levels is to Test.

Pat Bruce, when asked said “, We take care of the details. We schedule two visits, one to set up our Radon equipment and the second to pick it up. Results are usually received within 12-24 Hours, making for a quick turn around. If there are elevated levels, we are more than happy to help the client in finding a mitigation specialist, if needed.”

Radon is out there but to know, you have to Test. We are home inspectors seeking to protect our client from some of the pitfalls of Homeownership. We educate our clients in maintenance and safety areas around the home, building a rapport with our clients so they feel confident in calling us with questions they may have regarding their home.

A Radon Test is recommended on each inspection so the client can feel confident of the Radon levels. If there are elevated levels, the client can negotiate with the seller. Just because there are elevated levels of Radon, doesn’t mean that it’s a bad home, it just means the Radon levels need to be mitigated. Any level can be fixed.

The Radon test is normally $150.00 as a Stand-Alone, however, for January Radon Action Month, we are offering the Stand-Alone Radon test for $125.00, a $50 Value.

If the Radon test is done in conjunction with the home inspection, our January Special would be half off the Radon test or $75.00.
