ULearn College offers a range of courses on Food Hygiene and Health & Safety. This provides a thorough grounding for staff, giving them comprehensive knowledge and understanding of safety issues in their workplace.

ULearn College Director, Kelly Callow, says there are many businesses across South Wales from Chepstow, Newport, Cwmbran, Cardiff and Bridgend to Swansea that need training on Food Hygiene Health & Safety. ULearn College can provide bespoke, on-site solutions to meet this need. They only offer recognised, accredited courses, giving business owners peace of mind that their staff will be trained to the highest standards.

The UK government states that food businesses must make sure that any staff handling food are: supervised; instructed and trained in food hygiene; and have relevant training for the job. Those responsible for developing and maintaining the food business’s food safety management procedures must have received adequate training to enable them to do this. The different levels of Food Safety in Catering offer the training needed to fulfil these requirements.
